We are looking for a Manager for Freight Spend Reconciliation to join our team. This role requires a highly skilled professional with experience in financial operations, logistics, and accounting.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the FBA&P function within associated contracts, including evaluating customer freight contracts, managing freight purchasing and sales ledgers, and ensuring accurate and timely billing.
The role requires strong organizational and planning skills, flexibility, and adaptability to changing demands. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a multi-site, multi-currency environment and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
Mandatory Requirements
- Degree-level education.
- Excellent communication skills in English and the local language.
- Experience with P&L, General Ledger, intercompany reporting, and Balance Sheet reconciliations.
- Knowledge of OTM System.
- Ability to work with high attention to detail and meet deadlines.
- Multi-country and multi-currency experience.
- Strong IT skills, especially MS Excel, with analytical and numerical skills.
- Organizational and planning skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing demands.
