The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and executing warehouse and logistics activities, ensuring operational management of logistical providers and internal employees. This role aims to ensure safe, efficient, and effective material and equipment storage and flows, supporting the OpCo's production, warehousing, and distribution processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the intake of incoming materials and equipment, checking and registering for quantity, damages, and completeness.
Ensure storing at the defined location/warehouse, organizing unloading and storage locations.
Receive and process orders from customers, selecting, checking, packing, and distributing materials and equipment for efficient and timely delivery.
Ensure goods and materials are transport-ready, including dispatch/delivery papers and accompanying documents for drivers.
Support routing and scheduling of vehicles based on customer records and requests.
Requirements:
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Basic knowledge of inventory management and logistics processes.
