About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and committed individual to join our team as a Solution Architect. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for end-to-end solution design, configuration, implementation, data analytics, testing, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and configure solutions to meet customer needs, leveraging industry best practices and o9 platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders, configuration leads, and product experts to create and document business requirements and functional designs.
- Support the technical team in identifying and documenting data required to enable designed business processes.
- Develop strategies to create, maintain, and predict missing data elements.
- Work with project managers to map user stories to sprints, detail project timelines, and obtain timely customer sign-offs.
- Collaborate with the build team to configure solutions for solving client planning use cases.
- Manage build activities, including scope, deliverable validation, client demonstrations, and acceptance of user stories.
Requirements
- Thorough knowledge of industry best practices, business processes, o9 platform, and value proposition of planning transformation.
- Ability to lead blueprinting workshops and prescribe o9's point of view.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working with client stakeholders, configuration leads, and product experts.
- Ability to analyze data to provide decision support information and prepare business impact case studies.
- Experience working with onshore and offshore teams to configure solutions and create test cases.
