- Attend regular client meetings and engage with key stakeholders in projects and client support teams.
- A strong background in IT services with experience in incident management and problem solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in executing and adhering to departmental processes, including ITIL v3 framework.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- A strong knowledge of business processes and associated products sold by the company.
- Basic training skills to provide guidance internally and externally.
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, pension scheme, and paid holiday time. This role provides excellent opportunities for professional growth and development within a dynamic and innovative company.
