Job Description

We place a high value on meeting customer expectations of our products. Our support team plays a key role in post-implementation processes and the longer-term customer experience through contracted support services.

The purpose of this role is to deliver Business-As-Usual support services, adhering to the ITIL v3 framework of Service Transition, Service Operations, and Continuous Service Improvement. A Business Support Analyst provides an exemplary support service to clients, putting their needs at the forefront.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Detailed understanding of department processes and executing them proficiently.
  • Investigating and resolving application and system issues across multiple products within a team environment.
  • Collecting information on client requirements using IT Service Management tooling, escalating with Technical Support and development teams as needed.
  • Strong knowledge of business processes and associated products to help clients deliver their business processes.
  • Developing an understanding of customers' business and operational environments.
  • Prioritizing issues according to business impact and workload, escalating within the Business Support team as needed.
  • Managing time to meet contract service level agreements and client expectations.
  • Attending regular client meetings and engaging with key stakeholders in projects and client support teams.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

A strong understanding of business processes, technical skills, and ITIL framework principles is essential. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are also required.

Estimated Salary

$85,000 - $105,000 per year based on location and experience.
