Job Description: In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including data entry, record-keeping, and communication with internal stakeholders. Your excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal formats will be invaluable assets to our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Field inbound communications: Respond to phone calls, emails, and other inquiries from internal stakeholders, routing them to the appropriate parties as needed.
  • Coordinate scheduling: Set up meetings and appointments based on cross-functional availability for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organize internal resources: Develop and maintain processes for keeping files and office supplies organized and easily accessible.
  • Liaise with visitors: Serve as the primary point of contact for office guests.
  • Communicate policies and procedures: Inform employees of new processes, rules, and regulations.
  • Facilitate executive-level operations: Book travel, submit expense reports, and send communications for high-level staff as needed.

Requirements: We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual with a strong background in administrative support. A high school diploma and 1-2 years of experience as an administrative assistant, secretary, or receptionist are preferred. You should possess strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills, as well as a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, a positive attitude, resourcefulness, creativity, and problem-solving skill set are essential for success in this role.
