Job Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality-related processes and procedures.
  • Conduct design of experiments (DOEs) and testing to ensure product reliability and quality.
  • Support verification and validation activities to ensure that products meet customer and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement quality control and reliability programs to optimize material and labor costs.
  • Perform document control activities to ensure that all relevant documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Support process validation activities to ensure that products meet customer and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in internal audits to ensure compliance with quality management system (QMS) procedures.
  • Conduct non-conformance reports (NCRs), complaints, and corrective action (CAPA) activities to ensure proper disposition of non-conforming materials.
  • Evaluate suppliers to ensure that they can provide high-quality materials and services.
  • Manage instrumentation and equipment used for inspections and verification and validation activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, quality assurance).
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in quality assurance and control, reliability engineering, or a related field.
  • Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification; Black Belt preferred.
  • Current working knowledge of ISO 13485 or ISO 9001.
  • Strong MS Excel and Word skills.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
