Job Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality-related processes and procedures.
  • Conduct design of experiments (DOEs) and testing to ensure product reliability and quality.
  • Support verification and validation activities to ensure that products meet customer and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement quality control systems to ensure that products are manufactured to the highest standards.
  • Conduct supplier audits and evaluations to ensure that suppliers meet our quality and reliability standards.
  • Manage instrumentation and equipment used for inspections and validation activities.
  • Participate in internal audits and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, quality assurance).
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in quality assurance and control.
  • Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification required; Black Belt preferred.
  • Current working knowledge of ISO 13485 or ISO 9001.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
