We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team at Atlas Assistants. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our clients, including calendar management, communication hub services, operational efficiency, decision support, adaptability, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Calendar Management: Master organization skills to prioritize and schedule effectively.
  • Communication Hub: Streamline inboxes and manage correspondence using emotional intelligence to handle stakeholders at all levels.
  • Operational Efficiency: Anticipate needs and act proactively to manage diverse projects of varying complexity.
  • Decision Support: Gather and analyze relevant data to support executive decision-making.
  • Adaptability and Growth: Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing remote environment and actively seek and implement feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements:
  • Language Proficiency and Exceptional Communication Skills: Near-native level of English proficiency in speech, writing, and reading.
  • Professional Experience: At least 2 years of business experience in operations, administration, executive assistance, or other client-facing roles.
  • Remote Work and/or Start-Up Experience: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment, ideally in a start-up context.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to align your work hours with US time zones.
