IT Business Analyst (Salesforce CPQ, Billing, eCommerce)

Materialise is seeking an experienced Business Analyst (Salesforce) with a strong background in CPQ, billing, and eCommerce to join our Salesforce team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a liaison between the IT department and business stakeholders, fostering a trusting relationship through regular communication and transparency.
  • Develop a deep understanding of relevant business processes and work closely with stakeholders to support their domain-specific processes.
  • Cultivate awareness of current and future needs, identifying and communicating possible IT and automation implications.
  • Leverage understanding of CPQ, billing, and eCommerce business processes to analyze business needs and elicit requirements efficiently.
  • Translate business needs into business requirements documentation and detailed functional requirements in user stories.
  • Support training by developing materials relevant to business stakeholders and perform Salesforce CPQ, billing, or eCommerce configuration without customization/coding.
  • Ensure the validation process assesses the value delivered by the solution and provide post-implementation support, solving production bugs, and implementing evolution change requests.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in Salesforce CPQ, billing, and eCommerce.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze business needs and elicit requirements efficiently.
  • Experience with business process improvement and automation.
