Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our team as a SAP Finance Business Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing projects, collaborating with IT and business teams, and ensuring the successful implementation of financial systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend meetings with IT teams and corporate or market teams to discuss project requirements and progress.
  • Investigate and propose options and solutions to address business requirements, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Assess implications, changes, or impacts to the company template, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Document technical and functional requirements and solutions, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Review Business Blueprint Documents and perform, support, and document testing activities to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Regularly update the FinOps product manager, the FinOps cFin functional delivery lead, and the FinOps cFin team about progress and issues.
  • Support cutover, go-live, and hyper care activities to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a IT Business Analyst in a finance context.
  • 5+ years of experience in multi-geography, multi-market implementations, including deployment components.
  • Solid knowledge of Financial Accounting in an SAP context: General Ledger, Asset Accounting, integration with controlling, and management accounting.
  • Experience in greenfield implementations and designing solutions and applications.
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4 Hana is beneficial but not essential.
  • Highly developed skills: focused, proactive, and cooperative.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with IT and business teams.
