Job Title: Arquitecto Senior

At Bluequo, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to lead our architectural project development team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the project from conceptual design through execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage architectural projects from start to finish, including initial planning, licensing, and supervision on-site.
  • Create architectural designs and detailed plans, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams, including architects and construction professionals, to ensure project success.
  • Handle the processing of construction permits and licenses associated with each project.
  • Supervise construction projects to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with design specifications.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience of at least 5-7 years in an architecture studio is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of construction management, project planning, and entrepreneurship.
  • Native Spanish speaker, with English C1 highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in program knowledge: Presto, AutoCad, Revit BMI.
