**Job Description**
We are seeking a Data Centre Operations Lead to join our team in Sweden. As a key member of our Engineering Operations Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the critical physical infrastructure that supports Amazon Web Services operates at 100% availability. This involves planned preventative maintenance, daily corrective work, and emergency response to emergent issues.
The successful candidate will serve as an expert technical resource, interacting with onsite Engineering Operations Technicians (EOTs) and third-party vendors. They will be a singular focal point for all facility operations, supporting Amazon within its owned and operated data centers.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage large-scale impacting technical projects and new region support from conception to completion.
- Create and deliver on key milestones, obtaining and tracking quotes for all necessary costs.
- Document project results for future implementation at other facilities.
- DIRECT, TRAIN AND SUPPORT EOTs in their role of providing hands-on electrical and mechanical equipment troubleshooting and operations.
**Requirements**
- Work at heights and from ladders.
- Perform physical tasks during the shift.
- Work in a noisy environment with ear protection.
**Benefits**
As a Data Centre Operations Lead, you will enjoy a competitive salary of **€120,000 - €150,000 per year**, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
**Location**
This role will be based in Sweden (Eskilstuna, Vasteras, and Katrineholm). Travel to other locations within the EMEA region may be required.
