En este momento, estamos buscando a un especialista en el desarrollo y gestión del área técnica de soldadura y pruebas no destructivas (NDE) a nivel departamental, que brinde apoyo técnico a los líderes de disciplina en la fase de ingeniería y construcción de proyectos en tierra y en alta mar.
Además, deberá apoyar todos los temas relacionados con la inspección de equipos y materiales en masa, soldadura y NDT durante la ejecución de proyectos.
Proyecto: industrias petroquímicas y/o de petróleo y gas. Ubicación: BARCELONA / CAPACIDAD DE VIAJAR. Responsabilidades: Revisión, aclaración y validación de la documentación de los diferentes fabricantes en relación con los libros de soldadura, procedimientos de tratamiento térmico, procedimientos de pruebas no destructivas, pruebas de presión y/o procedimientos de fuga de equipos y otros procedimientos relacionados.
Apoyo técnico a los líderes de disciplina durante la fase de presentación de ofertas respecto a la verificación del dossier técnico y los requisitos del contrato aplicables al área de soldadura y NDE.
Apoyo a los líderes de disciplina en el desarrollo de los planes de inspección de materiales y equipos (ITPs) Apoyo técnico a los líderes de disciplina durante el desarrollo del ingeniero de los diferentes proyectos.
Apoyo técnico a la supervisión de control de calidad (QCS) en temas relacionados con la soldadura y NDE (activación e inspección).
Presencia ocasional en PIM y/o reuniones en talleres de proveedores, fabricantes y/o clientes según los requisitos del proyecto (disponibilidad para viajar ocasionalmente).
Persona autónoma, dinámica, determinada, con buenas habilidades de comunicación, buenas capacidades de análisis, persona orientada a resultados, capaz de trabajar en entornos multicultural y multiproyecto.
Requisitos: Título: Candidatos calificados deben tener como mínimo la acreditación como Ingeniero de Soldadura Internacional (IWE), Tecnología de Soldadura, o campo relacionado.
IWE es preferible.
La acreditación internacional de NDT (nivel II) debe ser requerida y obligatoria para la validación de WPS y se considerará.
Experiencia mínima de 3 años en función similar.
Habilidades técnicas: MS Office, SAP, MS Project o equivalente.
Fluente en inglés (OBLIGATORIO).
Francés y/o italiano serán valorados.
