Treasury Director

At Jordan Martorell S.L., we are seeking a seasoned Treasury Director to lead our financial management team. As a key member of our corporate finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and implementation of our treasury functions.

About the Role:

1. Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement short- and long-term financial strategies.
2. Manage and supervise the cash flow and financial resources of the company, ensuring optimal utilization of funds.
3. Analyze and forecast cash flow projections, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
4. Develop and enforce policies and procedures for payment and collection processes, optimizing treasury operations.
5. Coordinate with third-party vendors and subsidiaries, facilitating seamless transactions and reconciliations.
6. Monitor and report on the company's financial position, providing insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
2. Minimum 8 years of experience in treasury management or a related role.
3. Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
6. Experience with SAP, Excel, and other financial software systems is a plus.
