About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Asset Management Director to join our team at The Green Recruitment Company. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our renewable energy portfolio and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and optimize the commercial and technical performance of our renewable energy assets in Iberia.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with quality and technical specifications, as well as applicable legislation and regulations.
  • Review and implement maintenance plans to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist with the final stages of construction, permitting, commissioning, and warranty processes.
  • Manage contract negotiations and ensure compliance with O&M and EPC contracts.
  • Support insurance claims and coordinate with the Operational Compliance and Data teams.
  • Build and manage relationships with external stakeholders, including EPC contractors, O&M contractors, and grid operators.
  • Work with the finance team to manage processes around bonds, cash retentions, P&L, and cash flow.
  • Prepare monthly reports and annual budgets for the assets.
Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering or relevant field.
  • 3+ years of experience in asset management, with commercial management skills.
  • Good commercial skills in solar and/or wind projects.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish and English.
