About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Product Safety and Stewardship team in Italy and Spain. As our new Head of Department, you will be responsible for driving consulting, business development, and client development initiatives to develop sustainable, profitable client relationships and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Product Safety and Stewardship consultants across Spain and Italy.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and business growth in support of Ramboll's strategic direction.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor and thought leader in the industry.
  • Mentor and develop staff to strengthen the Health Sciences Spearhead and Service Area.
About You
  • You have a proven background in (eco-)toxicology, biology, chemistry, or a related field.
  • You have demonstrable experience in product regulatory affairs, including REACH knowledge and other relevant regulations.
  • You are a strong leader with entrepreneurial thinking and behavior, able to drive successful project outcomes and staff development.
  • You are comfortable managing evolving priorities and project requirements, and have a collaborative approach to business development and team management.
