About the Role

Nitsnets is seeking a highly skilled Digital Project Manager to join our team and contribute to the development of our E-commerce Omnichannel platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating resources to ensure the successful implementation of B2B/B2C projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate resources to ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software architecture, user experience, and development teams, to ensure alignment and effective project delivery.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the E-commerce industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or Jira.
