Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Transformation Manager to join our team in Alicante, Spain. This role will play a key part in managing the transformation of our logistics operations in EMEA, driving optimization projects, and linking strongly into procurement. As a Logistics Transformation Manager, you will have a strong background in logistics, supply chain, or business management, with experience in central transportation control towers and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the transformation of logistics operations in EMEA, including warehousing, transportation, and trade compliance.
- Drive optimization projects to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Link strongly into procurement to specify requirements on transportation and sales.
- Develop and implement standards, management daily interfaces, and KPIs for logistics operations.
- Maintain centralized reporting and data management for EMEA logistics.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A university degree in logistics, supply chain, business management, or a related field.
- 3-8 years of experience in central transportation control towers and operations.
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in MS Excel.
- Lewis Operations Management certification.
What We Offer
In return for your skills and experience, we offer a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience. Additionally, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and paid time off.
