**Job Summary**

A Communication Specialist will support the Global Operations Leader in developing and implementing Aero's internal and external communication strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Communications and/or Marketing, with a passion for developing their career in a world-class organization.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Support the development and implementation of Aero's communication strategy, including the creation of training materials and reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and other communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support to the Global Operations Leader, including scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and employees.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in communication and marketing.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in communication and/or marketing, with a strong understanding of internal and external communication strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
