Job Description

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a university student or graduate with a background in Communications and/or Marketing to develop their career in a world-class organization. As a Communication Specialist, you will support our internal and external communication strategy, working closely with our Global Operations Leader and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of our internal communication strategy, ensuring effective communication with key stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation of training materials and presentations for training teams.
  • Attend customer and team meetings, and events inside and outside of Spain, to ensure strong connectivity to our business strategy.
  • Collaborate with business leadership to ensure successful internal communications and keep key stakeholders well-informed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • English and Spanish proficiency is a must; any other language is a plus.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, with a minimum of 2 days of office work in our Madrid office required. Hybrid work arrangements are possible.

Please note that non-national candidates are responsible for knowing the minimum documentation requirements to be contracted in Spain.
