About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Project Manager to join our Industrial Operations team in Spain. As a Junior Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of new projects and priorities within our Specialty Gases department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the global achievement of projects, monitor and steer incoming prospects/projects, and encourage the contribution of the Villaverde and SGE teams.
  • Analyze the performance of the Villaverde activity and define and steer new projects to improve processes.
  • Assist in the definition of necessary data and KPIs for the follow-up of the activity, and collaborate with the quality department in actions plans regarding quality audits.
  • Ensure approval of new mixtures to be filled and define their characteristics, coordinating with the Expertise Center to ensure proper coordination and efficient flow.

Requirements

  • Engineering background
  • Projects Management experience
  • Field of specialization: chemistry
  • Use of analytics tools (e.g. PowerBI, Databases, Spreadsheets)
  • English - mandatory
  • Spanish - mandatory (medium at least)
  • French, German - advantageous
