Unlock Your Potential as a Sales Development Representative

At WorkMotion, we're revolutionizing the way people work by making remote employment a reality. As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a crucial role in driving our expansion in the Western European market, including Benelux, Nordics, and UKI.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic outbound and inbound prospecting efforts to generate and qualify sales leads
  • Represent WorkMotion at local fairs and international conferences to build relationships and establish our brand
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement effective inbound lead generation strategies
  • Support WM's strategic market expansion goals by actively participating in local fairs, connecting with target audiences, and generating qualified leads
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of lead conversion processes through data-driven analysis and experimentation
Requirements:
  • Experience in a customer-facing, ideally sales-related role, such as Lead Generation, Promoter, or Fundraiser
  • Bachelor's degree in any communication-related or business-related field, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Tech-savvy with motivation and capacity to master new tools, such as CRMs (e.g. HubSpot)
  • Native-level skills in English required, Dutch and Swedish are a plus
  • Proactive nature with the ability to solve problems with a sense of urgency
  • Great communicator, convincing both in spoken and written language
  • Adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environment
