About the Role
- As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for various roles within our organization.
- You will work closely with our recruitment team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize your expertise in recruitment to identify and attract the best candidates for our open positions.
- Collaborate with our hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and team members.
- Manage our recruitment system, ensuring accurate information is captured and maintained.
About You
- Proven track record in recruitment, preferably in the Financial Services or Sales industry.
- Fluent English and Spanish, with additional languages an advantage.
- Highly organized, autonomous, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong service-oriented mindset.
