About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic and fast-growing team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for driving the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding top talent across various departments. You will work closely with hiring managers and technical experts to understand the company's needs and deploy recruitment strategies to achieve our growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers, with a focus on roles within the tech, product, and operations teams.
  • Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs, create job descriptions, and identify key skills and attributes required for each role.
  • Provide regular updates on the recruitment pipeline, and offer guidance on best practices in interviewing and candidate selection.
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness, optimize processes, and make informed decisions on candidate selection and hiring strategies.
  • Collaborate with our marketing partner to promote our employer brand through social media, recruitment events, and other channels, driving the company to be recognized as an employer of choice in the fund industry and tech sectors.
