Job Title: Cybersecurity Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Project Manager to join our team at G.A Irausa, S.A. (MADRID) (GANM). As a Cybersecurity Project Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions that meet the security requirements and business needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement IAM solutions that meet the security requirements and business needs of the organization.
  • Develop IAM security policies and conduct security risk assessments and IAM audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation measures.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement IAM security controls and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Research and evaluate new IAM technologies and tools to continuously improve the organization's security posture.
  • Provide technical support and training to end users on the safe use of IAM systems and services.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in the design, implementation, and administration of IAM solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of authentication, authorization, and identity management technologies, such as Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, etc.
  • Experience in configuring IAM security policies, including MFA, CAC, and identity federation.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Cybersecurity certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CompTIA Security+, will be positively valued.
  • University degree in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or another related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technological infrastructure management positions.
  • Proficiency in English: level C1 or higher.
  • Communication and adaptability skills: ability to communicate effectively with different interlocutors, both internal and external, and to adapt to different environments and situations.
