About the Role

At Sd Worx, we're seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our Lead to Cash team. As a Product Owner, you'll play a crucial role in maximizing the value of our tools, ensuring effective backlog management, and driving the evolution of our product landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make final decisions on product development in close collaboration with your squad.
  • Illustrate business context, problem areas, and possible solution suggestions with marketing excellence, sales operations, and Salesforce Functional Analysts and Developers.
  • Validate product vision and prioritized roadmap with internal stakeholders in our commercial excellence department.
  • Co-develop product vision and synchronize with the tribe lead and other product owners in other squads.
  • Define and prioritize product backlog.
  • Responsible for sprint backlog in terms of priorities and clarity of requirements.
  • Implement product roadmap and release planning.
  • Ensure technical stability of the product.
  • Define product requirements, ensuring completeness, integrity, and technical consistency.
  • Participate in sprint planning meetings to confirm priorities and clarify requirements.
  • Communicate with stakeholders and suppliers of Enterprise tools within your portfolio.
  • Participate in tribe's roadmap, programme, and release planning.
  • Regular and structured reporting on Enterprise tools.
  • Team-focused collaboration in an international and agile team.
  • Ensure the team understands requirements correctly.
  • Interaction with other squads, potentially in other tribes within Sd Worx.
  • Responsible for defining necessary competences in the squad together with the Scrum Master, Agile Coach, and Tribe Lead.
About You

We're looking for a candidate with a university degree (Master or Bachelor) or equivalent through experience. You should have multiple years of experience in analyzing sales and marketing processes and requirements, as well as strong experience in product management.

Additionally, you should have +3 years of experience successfully working with CRM technologies, strong experience in Salesforce Sales and Marketing cloud, and excellent communication skills and the ability to work in teams.

We value system-thinking and handling, agile thinking and working, and a pragmatic focus on results and achieving goals. You should also be able to work in a multi-cultural and international environment, interpret multiple, possibly conflicting, requirements, and prioritize these.

Professional knowledge of English, both in speaking and writing, is essential.
