Job Summary:We're seeking a Regulatory Affairs Manager to help drive compliance, open new markets, and ensure our innovative products meet EU/UK regulatory standards. This is a unique opportunity to join a global leader in health and wellness, where you'll work alongside dynamic teams, drive strategic regulatory initiatives, and have the flexibility to shape the future of our business.
Responsibilities:- Conduct gap analyses, assess the regulatory permissibility of the Health Wellness portfolio, and ensure products meet EU/UK standards throughout their lifecycle.
- Coordinate with global teams to unlock key markets, supporting product authorizations, renewals, and variations.
- Work closely with RD, Sales, Marketing, and Legal teams to ensure alignment on compliance and regulatory strategy.
- Own the regulatory risk assessment process and propose solutions to mitigate any issues that may arise.
- Build strong partnerships with customers and regulatory bodies, representing Adm - Global's interests at trade associations and external forums.
- 5+ years in a regulatory role within the food supplements industry (EU/UK focus preferred).
- Deep knowledge of biotics (prebiotics, probiotics, postbiotics) and a strong understanding of their regulatory landscape.
- Proven ability to lead regulatory teams and manage multiple complex projects.
- Experience driving decisions on regulatory strategy, risk assessments, and market entry, ensuring alignment with commercial goals.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive innovation while ensuring regulatory compliance, staying ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes.
- Degree/Master's in Food Technology, Law, Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- Strong organizational abilities, business acumen, and the capacity to prioritize effectively.
