Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SAP test plans to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Create standardized procedures for efficient process standardization and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with plant leads and integrators to identify and resolve open points and issues.
  • Apply a structured methodology to ensure timely completion of tasks and meet deadlines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or any Engineering branch.
  • Previous experience in SAP training and technical support.
  • Proven track record in developing test plans and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in an international and multi-cultural environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with one contact fluent in Portuguese and another European language.
