Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute SAP test plans to ensure high-quality documentation and testing.
  • Create standard procedures to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Follow up on open points and issues found during testing to ensure timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with plant leads and integrators to ensure seamless integration and communication.
  • Apply a methodology of work to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or any Engineering branch.
  • Previous experience in SAP training and technical support.
  • Experience in developing test plans and procedures.
  • High level of English and Spanish; one of the contacts must be fluent too in Portuguese, and other European language is valuable.

Skills:

  • Coordination and analytical skills.

  • Ability to solve problems efficiently.
