Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Scientific Product Manager Trainee to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for communicating with our R&D team to keep the commercial area updated on developments, generating and updating scientific and technical data of our existing portfolio, and conducting global market studies to investigate trends and opportunities worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with the R&D team to keep the commercial area updated on developments.
  • Generate and update scientific and technical data of the existing portfolio.
  • Conduct global market studies to investigate trends and opportunities worldwide.
  • Analyze sales and competition data to inform strategies.
  • Interpret and present results in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Collaborate in the development of innovative commercial strategies.

Requirements

  • Academic background: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or similar fields.
  • Specific training: Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Industry or similar.
  • Languages: Spanish and a good level of English.
  • Others: Versatile person with a clear orientation towards goals and a special interest in the international field. Communication skills, strategic planning, objectivity, intra and interdepartmental coordination, active listening, proactivity, and organization.
