About the Role

Amazon Data Services Spain, S. L. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cloud Infrastructure Installation Specialist to join our team. As a Cloud Infrastructure Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for installing and testing cloud computing infrastructure in our data centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and test copper and fiber optic cabling
  • Basic build and troubleshooting of network devices
  • Creating and attaching labels and barcodes
  • Managing inventory of related materials
  • Adhering to defined escalation processes and standard operating procedures
Requirements
  • Physical requirements: regularly lift 15kg or move heavy objects into position with 2 persons or equipment support
  • Regularly work at heights and from ladders
  • Work in noisy areas with hotter and colder temperatures than standard office environmental conditions
  • Personal car and ability to travel within geographical work area is required
