About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sba Closer to join our team at Svi Recruiting Group. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to leverage their expertise in loan documentation and management to drive success in our organization.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and performing due diligence required to collect, manage, examine and accept the required documentation from clients for loan closings. This includes interacting directly with applicants, bankers, attorneys, and third-party providers throughout the process.

Responsibilities

1. Collections and Audits: Collects, audits and examines all documents essential for loan closing, including tracking, engaging and confirming compliance of all third-party reports.
2. Loan Authorization: Prepares loan authorization in accordance with loan approval and credit analysis.
3. Audit and Review: Audits, reviews, accepts, or obtains proper approval of all loan documentation preceding and subsequent to loan closing to ensure all necessary documentation is obtained and properly completed.
4. Follow-up: Follows up with applicants or applicable parties as needed to obtain missing information.
5. Data Entry and Management: Enters update and manages data in all loan tracking systems.
6. Status Reports: Creates, maintains and distributes status reports to management.

Requirements

• Education: Undergraduate degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Experience: Five (5) years loan documentation or SBA experience.
• Skills: Strong working knowledge of SBA loan packaging, application and loan documentation (express, 7a, and 504 loan programs). Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Team player able to work effectively in a team fostered, multi-tasking environment. Exceptional computer, internet and software application skills. Exceptional client service skills.

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
