Desde Nexttic nos encontramos actualmente en búsqueda de un/a CTO, para ampliar el equipo de uno de nuestros clientes, una Start-up tecnológica, en desarrollo de una aplicación para facilitar la interacción y conexión en el ámbito personal entre usuarios.

Buscamos a una persona con ganas de incorporarse a un equipo joven que quiere basar sus decisiones estratégicas fundamentadas en los datos. Para ello buscamos a una persona con capacidad de definir e implementar las estrategias y acciones para analizar el comportamiento de la comunidad de usuarios alrededor de la empresa

**Funciones**:

- Recopilar datos a través de herramientas y procedimientos especializados.
- Juzgar el rendimiento de las estrategias existentes.
- Detectar y solucionar problemas técnicos y errores en los procesos de trabajo.
- Crear reportes especializados a partir de los datos recopilados.
- Traducir los datos existentes en posibles estrategias y acciones para el desarrollo de Closer.
- Presentar sus análisis a diferentes interlocutores (stakeholders).
- Desarrollar estrategias a partir del análisis de datos.
- Proponer las acciones necesarias (a nível funcional y técnico) para mejorar el conocimiento de los usuarios y fomentar su fidelización en el uso de la plataforma y el desarrollo del producto.
- Capacidad para recoger y analizar los datos desde distintas plataformas, sobre todo de comportamiento en una App móvil.
- Capacidad de definir un conjunto de indicadores para evaluar el grado de penetración, uso y compromiso de la comunidad de usuarios alrededor de Closer.
- Capacidad de definir vistas para explotar la información recogida de manera cruda en las plataformas implementadas (App, web, redes ).
- Capacidad para desarrollar los entornos de explotación de la data con diferentes níveles de análisis (negocio, técnico, económico ).
- Conocimiento de estas tecnologías: Firebase, Amplitude, Google Analytics, NEO4J, Arquitecturas Cloud (AWS/Azure), GIS.
- Conocimiento en el desarrollo de modelos analíticos sobre gran cantidad de datos (clustering, modelos de clasificación, predictivos ).
