Desde el departamento de Directivos Digitales de Iwantic, seleccionamos para empresa del sector restauración un/a CTO.

Serás el responsable del área de tecnología de la compañía reportando directamente al CFO y al CEO. Tu misión principal será ocuparte de definir y dirigir la estrategia para la trasformación digital de la empresa.

**Funciones**:

- Estar implicado/a en el día a día de las acciones y decisiones que se tomen a nível digital.
- Establecer un orden de prioridades a nível digital.
- Optimización de los servicios
- Mejorar la calidad de los procesos
- Mejorar la eficiencia de la tecnología que existe actualmente
- Gestionar el equipo actual ( 2 personas) y hacerlo crecer.
- Buscar nuevos proveedores
- Proponer proyectos de mejoras a nível IT
- Gestionar las diferentes peticiones de las áreas de marketing y operaciones para crear proyectos tecnológicos que las soporten.

**¿ A qué retos te enfrentarás?**
- Analizar la infraestructura de los sistemas existentes, valorar nuevas opciones para optimizar costes.
- Mejoras de accesos y seguridad
- Optimización de los datos recogidos en el CRM mediante soluciones de BigData y BI.
- Liderar implantación de nuevas soluciones
- Promover la integración de los sistemas que actualmente tiene la empresa
- Definir la estrategia de ciberseguridad a nível de sistemas
- Dar soporte a Dirección

**Requisitos**:

- Ingeniería o grado en informática
- Poseer una experiência de al menos 5 años en un puesto similar
- Experiência de al menos 10 años en funciones de gestión y análisis de arquitecturas de software e infraestructura (DevOps)
- Amplios conocimientos en integración y administración de sistemas, protocolos de comunicación, seguridad informática e infraestructura cloud.
- Sólida experiência manejando presupuestos y gestionando proveedores
- Gestión de Proyectos
