About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to support the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific projects within our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing foundational organizational, communication, and leadership skills, as well as collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Assist in the development of a project plan that outlines the project's scope, timeline, budget, and required resources for successful completion.
  • Task Coordination: Support the preparation of technical tasks, workflow, and timing planning, as well as coordinating work processes with several teams of external developers and leads from internal departments.
  • Stakeholder Management: Facilitate effective communication between all stakeholders, including team members, senior management, and clients.
  • Project Monitoring: Maintain regular reporting on project status and progress.
  • Expense Management: Help track project expenses and ensure that the project stays within budget.
  • Quality Assurance: Assist in ensuring that the project meets the required quality standards and that all deliverables are completed on time and to the expected quality level.
  • Change Management: Support the management of changes to the project scope, schedule, or budget.
Requirements
  • Some experience in project management, with a focus on digital.
  • Proven organization and attention to detail skills.
  • English level C1 or above.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
