**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Marketing and Sourcing Development Intern at Blu Selection. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract top talent and drive business growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our brand and job openings
- Manage and optimize our social media presence to engage with our target audience
- Collaborate with our recruitment team to source and attract top talent
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Assist in the development of our marketing strategy and editorial calendar
**Requirements**
- Native level of German and proficient level of English
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook Ads, Canva, and Google Analytics
- Basic knowledge of marketing principles and concepts
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
