At Siemens Gamesa, we're committed to making a positive impact on the environment. As a Senior Test Engineer Infrastructure, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and security of our SCADA systems, which are used globally in all our renewable energy plants.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure the reliability, functionality, and security of SCADA systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and ensure seamless interoperability between infrastructure elements.
  • Drive the development and implementation of test automation frameworks and tools customized for SCADA infrastructure testing.
  • Identify, document, and track infrastructure defects throughout the testing lifecycle, prioritizing and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in testing infrastructure components, preferably in the field of industrial automation or SCADA systems.
  • Strong understanding of network architectures, server technologies, virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), and cybersecurity principles.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages for test automation (e.g., Ansible, PowerShell) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
