Lead Software Engineer in Test

At TomTom, we're revolutionizing the way people navigate the world. As a Lead Software Engineer in Test, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our software products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement automated test frameworks and infrastructure to ensure seamless software delivery.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to guarantee the quality of our software products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design effective test strategies, identify quality issues, and drive resolution.
  • Champion best practices in testing, testability, and maintainability of test suites.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA process.
  • Mentor and guide junior QA team members to foster a culture of quality and excellence.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Software Engineer in Test or similar role.
  • Minimum 4 years of proficiency in Swift.
  • Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks, such as XCUITest or similar.
  • In-depth understanding of testing methodologies, best practices, and tools.
  • Experience with performance testing.
  • Familiarity with CICD systems (GitHub Actions).
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with Python, Java, or Kotlin.
