Warehouse Operations Specialist

Maersk is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse System Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our internal support team, you will be responsible for providing operational and technical expertise to our customers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Support and drive new customer implementations, ensuring seamless onboarding and system integration.
- Drive system implementations, leveraging your technical expertise to optimize warehouse operations and improve efficiency.
- Contribute to digital transformation efforts, identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational and process issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, training materials, and reporting tools to support business objectives.
- Lead new business and systems implementations, performing Level 1 and 2 Warehouse Management System (WMS) configurations.
- Proven knowledge of WMS systems and MS Office products.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and software, with a strong focus on process improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on identifying and resolving operational and process issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong emphasis on adaptability and flexibility.
