We are seeking an experienced Hotel Financial Auditor to join our team at SLS Barcelona. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all financial transactions related to hotel operations.
As a key member of the pre-opening team, you will work closely with the Assistant Director of Finance to maintain financial controls, compliance with policies, and support operational departments in maximizing revenue opportunities.
- Cash Reconciliation: Reconcile cash, credit card, and other payment transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Guest Ledger Accounts: Reconcile guest ledger accounts and accounts receivable balances.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration, or a related field, with +2 years of experience in a hotel's accounting department. Advanced skills in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software are also required. Fluency in Spanish and English is necessary for effective communication.
