Responsibilities:- Leading business requirements/business process analysis in Site Study Operations, utilizing analytical tools to align concepts, business processes, and requirements with the business team.
- Owning and managing user requirements specifications, documenting complexity in a concise and scalable manner.
- Delivering user requirements, providing clarifications to the team on requirements during build and validating implementation from a usability perspective.
- Ensuring consistency and traceability between user requirements, functional specifications, and testing/validation.
- University degree in Computer Sciences, business, or similar; relevant experience also considered.
- Working experience within the pharmaceutical industry, relationship management, leveraging digital technology/big data, multi-national global experience, interactions with senior management.
- 8+ years of experience in business process analysis within drug development domain; proven experience analyzing business needs, eliciting, and documenting effective user requirements.
We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
