We are a global brand that provides customer experience solutions to leading companies. Our team is young, motivated, and full of energy. We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our team in Barcelona.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert assistance to clients and partners using a consultative approach to account management.
- Develop the business environment for sustained growth on the account.
- Research new sales opportunities within the existing portfolio of accounts.
- Focus on driving benefit through proactive administration.
- Track, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to the sales pipeline.
- Respond to and provide solutions to incoming client or partner calls.
- Consistently achieve and exceed KPIs.
Requirements
- A native level of Dutch/Flemish and a good level of English.
- Previous experience in B2B Sales and working with channel.
- Being achievement and goal-oriented.
- An attentive listener, comfortable and skillful at communicating with people.
- Energetic, innovative, and working proactively at a fast pace.
- Excitement about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle.
