Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Cocktail Mixologist to lead our beverage team at Fairmont La Hacienda. As a key member of the hotel's Food and Beverage department, you will be responsible for designing and curating innovative seasonal cocktail menus that reflect the hotel's brand and target audience.

About the Role
  • Create signature drinks for each venue, ensuring a distinct identity and cohesive beverage offerings.
  • Develop strategies to enhance the ambiance and atmosphere of each bar venue.
  • Mentor and guide bartenders, fostering their development within the organization.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop beverage-related promotions, events, and activations.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Experience with beverage knowledge and all aspects of restaurant service.
  • Strong leadership and training skills, with the ability to motivate employees to work effectively as a team.
  • Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Good knowledge of food and beverage service.
