Senior Sales Professional Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Sales Manager - Travel Industry. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving growth in the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a portfolio of high-value clients, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions to drive business growth.
- Analyze market trends and client behavior to develop effective sales strategies and increase customer value.
- Identify new business opportunities across the HBX Group ecosystem, working closely with internal stakeholders to launch new products and services.
- Collaborate with the wider sales community and other teams to enhance processes and deliver commercial plans aligned with business objectives.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM and other tools to track sales activities, update client information, and analyze performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales or key account position within the travel industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with a focus on understanding and responding to key trends.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, from junior colleagues to senior management.
- Fluent in English (essential), with additional languages such as Spanish and Swedish being a plus.
- Solid knowledge of MS Office applications and Salesforce.
