- Conduct Risk Assessments: Perform checks in internal and external databases to verify information provided and confirm supportability of the merchants.
- Identify and Document Inaccuracies: Identify and document inaccuracies that raise red flags, requiring intervention and follow-up with the merchant.
- Investigate and Compare: Investigate and compare items sold on the merchant's website to information provided on the product description, merchant industry, and charges.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure that merchants comply with our clients' guidelines and do not sell items that violate these guidelines.
- Native Level of Arabic: Possess a native level of Arabic language proficiency.
- Fluent in English: Be fluent in English (C1 or higher).
- Computer Skills: Have fluency with internet and social media research, as demonstrated by at least 1 year of experience with computers.
- Attention to Detail: Be detail-oriented and meticulous, noticing when information from multiple sources do not match up.
- Empathy and Communication Skills: Possess the ability to show empathy and communicate effectively with merchants.
