En TECNALIA estamos buscando un/a Investigador/a Data Scientist para unirse a nuestro equipo de investigación y desarrollo en el área de Inteligencia Artificial. El objetivo de este puesto es investigar, diseñar y desarrollar sistemas de análisis de datos para la generación de modelos basados en técnicas de IA enfocados a la optimización de procesos industriales.

Responsabilidades
  • Participar en proyectos de Investigación y Desarrollo orientados al sector industrial, identificando necesidades/problemas e ideando propuestas de solución técnica.
  • Participar en la definición de las líneas tecnológicas de interés en el ámbito de la Inteligencia Artificial aplicada.
  • Resolver problemas de analítica diseñando métodos avanzados de análisis de datos.
  • Crear modelos de Machine Learning y/o Deep Learning cubriendo todo el ciclo de vida, desde el pre-tratamiento del dataset hasta la puesta en producción de los modelos y su monitorización.
  • Adquirir experiencia para trabajar con datos de procesos industriales, trabajando codo con codo con el cliente en el desarrollo de los proyectos.
  • Trabajar en un ambiente multidisciplinar con expertos data scientists así como expertos en proceso y desarrollo de SW.
  • Formarse y ampliar sus conocimientos en el campo en cuestión y en las últimas técnicas del estado del arte.
  • Reportar su trabajo mediante la escritura de artículos científicos o entregables de los proyectos.
Requisitos
  • Titulación: Ingeniería en Telecomunicaciones, Ingeniería en Informática, Licenciado en Matemática, Física o titulación similar. Máster en data science o informática. Se valorará muy positivamente doctorado afín.
  • Idiomas: Español / Inglés a nivel técnico-científico
  • Experiencia técnica: 3-5 años en: Statistical modelling, data mining, predictive analytics, Machine learning, forecasting, classification, Decision Trees, Random Forest, Search Algorithms, Neural Networks, Deep Learning Algorithms.
  • Habilidades personales: Habilidades interpersonales, capacidad para desenvolverse en un entorno multidisciplinar y con espíritu de trabajo en equipo.
  • Facilidad en la compresión y asimilación de los problemas tecnológicos específicos de dominio industrial o similar para posteriormente resolver, predecir u optimizar procesos mediante técnicas de analítica avanzada.
  • Habilidad en la generación, transferencia e implementación de nuevas técnicas de Analítica Avanzada, tanto descriptiva como predictiva: Data Mining, Machine Learning, e Inteligencia Artificial en general.
  • Experiencia en técnicas de Analítica Descriptiva (clustering, autoencoders), Predictiva (Shallow/DeepLearning), Prescriptiva (optimización, aprendizaje por refuerzo, aprendizaje de reglas) y Generativa (GANs).
  • Conocimiento de técnicas metaheurísticas para resolver problemas de optimización y problemas de investigación operativa como la planificación.
  • Programación y herramientas: Lenguajes de programación de alto nivel orientados al manejo de datos: Python (scikit, numpy, pandas, Tensorflow...), así como desarrollo de herramientas de visualización y control de versiones (GIT).
Valoramos
  • Conocimientos en herramientas como: Weka, RapidMiner, Matlab, R,....
  • Conocimientos en técnicas de análisis espectral de señal.
  • Conocimientos en tecnologías de almacenamiento y acceso a la información: bases de datos relacionales (MySQL, PostgreSQL), noSQL (Hbase, MongoDB), archivos binarios de rápido acceso.
  • Conocimientos en ingeniería de software: arquitecturas, integración continua (CI/CD) y Docker.
  • Desarrollo en entornos cloud como Azure o AWS.
