About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Vendor Operations Analyst to join our team at Importante Empresa. As a key member of our Cloud Systems and Services team, you will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, optimizing billing and cost optimization tools, and ensuring accurate and timely execution of billing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess business needs and collaborate with vendors, stakeholders, and cloud team members to create and maintain billing and cost optimization tools.
- Define, deploy, manage, and optimize Sales Order Management operations to support TD Cloud Business across Europe.
- Document all processes and collaborate with the off-shore team to ensure seamless execution.
- Develop and track KPIs/SLAs to measure and share results.
- Ensure billing accuracy and execution, and manage constant communication with vendors and stakeholders.
- Monitor partners and countries' consumption and suggest purchases to optimize profit.
Requirements:
- Solid understanding of E-commerce and SAP transactions related to Order-to-Cash operations.
- Advanced MSFT Excel knowledge and experience.
- Strategic and analytical skills, with an out-of-the-box thinking mentality.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Comfortable working in an international results-driven project organization.
Working Conditions:
- Occasional travel within Europe.
- Normal, professional office environment.
