Role

As a SAP HCM Spanish Payroll Senior Consultant at Alight, you will be responsible for ensuring the correct operation of SAP HR and euHReka applications, as well as providing training and knowledge transfer to the team. You will work closely with other teams to determine the optimal solution for Human Resources.

Responsibilities
  • Perform analysis of current client business processes using SAP & euHReka platforms and country-specific laws to optimize the service.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of one or several SAP HR and euHReka modules, including schema knowledge, pre-payroll process, payroll, post-payroll, portal, etc.
  • Plan and define business parameters based on client requirements.
  • Monitor adaptation and parametrization of the solution to client requirements.
  • Resolve complex problems related to the functional environment of the application.
  • Monitor integrated testing.
  • Complete the presented solution with new identified needs in the client requirements.
  • Provide training on areas of specialization for experience and knowledge.
  • Detect potential risks.
  • Encourage team education.
  • Have a global view of the application from a functional perspective.
  • Continuously update knowledge and perform a differential analysis.
  • Ensure proper implementation of the solution in different environments (Development, Test, and Production).
  • Solve complex problems related to the application environment using functional knowledge of parameters in the system and country-specific legislation.
  • Be a functional reference for one or more areas related to SAP HR and euHReka.
  • Take decisions autonomously.
