Job Title: SAP HCM Spanish Payroll Senior Consultant

Role:

As a seasoned SAP HCM Spanish Payroll Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation of SAP HR and euHReka applications. Your extensive knowledge and experience in at least one module of SAP HR and euHReka will enable you to guarantee the correct functioning of the applications and achieve a high level of performance.

You will actively participate in training and knowledge transfer activities, working closely with other teams at NGA to determine the best solution for Human Resources.

Responsibilities:
  1. Analyze current client business processes using your functional knowledge of SAP & euHReka platforms, as well as laws from different countries to optimize the service.
  2. Have in-depth knowledge of one or several modules of SAP HR and euHReka, including schema knowledge (payroll, time), pre-payroll process, payroll, post-payroll, portal, etc.
  3. Plan the parametrization and define business requirements based on the taking of requirements.
  4. Monitor the adaptation and parametrization of the solution to the taking of requirements.
  5. Resolve complex problems related to the functional environment of the application.
  6. Monitor integrated testing.
  7. Complete the presented solution with new identified needs in the taking of requirements.
  8. Provide training on areas in which you are specialized, leveraging your experience and knowledge.
  9. Detect potential risks.
  10. Encourage the education of team members.
  11. Have a global view of the application from a functional perspective.
  12. Continuously update your knowledge and perform a differential analysis.
  13. Ensure proper implementation of the solution in different environments (Development, Test, and Production).
  14. Solve complex problems related to the application environment, using functional knowledge of parameters in the system and knowledge of legislation in the specific country.
  15. Be a functional reference for one or more areas relating to SAP HR and euHReka.
  16. Be able to take decisions autonomously.
